APEC training center is the holder of the international institutional accreditation of the IAAR, which allows training of Kazakh personnel in various areas in accordance with the rules for financing the training of Kazakh personnel in the amount of one percent of the production costs incurred by the subsoil user during the production of hydrocarbons and (or) uranium based on the results of the previous year.
