FUNDAMENTALS OF CREW LEADERSHIP
The “Fundamentals of Crew Leadership” course focuses on teaching leadership skills. These are: motivation, development, mentoring of personnel, communication, prioritization in the field of safety and health, project planning and management, as well as ensuring the quality of construction.
Course content
Module I. Effective communication
- Improve the quality of communications and consider the impact of cultural, gender, and other characteristics
Module II. Leader at the workplace
- The importance of ethical culture, business etiquette, communication skills. Effective and correct multi-level communication;
- Methods of motivating team members and the importance of teamwork for a construction project;

Module III. Workplace safety priority
- Accident prevention methods Module
IV. Planning, control of costs and resources on the project
- Project planning processes and Gantt chart usage;

The course is held in such a format so that training participants do not lose focus. The course takes place in an interactive way. Upon completion of the course and passing NCCER test, participants receive an INTERNATIONAL NCCER certificate.
