Program description:

At the end of the course the student will:

• Perform lifting operations in compliance with safety regulations for work at height, with substances hazardous to health according to MSDS and near power lines.
• Know the device, rules of use and methods of equipping all lifting equipment used in lifting operations;
• Make a selection of steel and textile slings for various rigging operations using color coding and visual inspection for wear;
• Be proficient in the methods of slinging and unslinging heavy and groupage cargo and equipment when lifting and lowering to the installation site;
• Calculate the specific weight and volume of cargo;
• Solid knowledge of generally accepted and modern rules and requirements of safety and labor protection at work, acquisition of skills to prevent and mitigate the consequences of industrial injuries;
• Perform all work in compliance with the rules of electrical, fire safety and industrial sanitation.
• Acquisition of professional skills and knowledge of safe methods and techniques for performing work in the implementation of collective labor activities.
• At the end of the course, theoretical and practical testing is carried out, the successful completion of which guarantees a certificate.
